Return Policy
- All products that were purchased from an Authorized Raceline Dealer must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Wheels must be returned in their original packaging. Credit will not be issued for damaged products returned as a result of non-compliance.
- Claims for error or shortage of products, must be reported within five days.
- Any wheels that show signs of being mounted on tires or used, will not be subject to return for credit.
- To complete an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form, please click HERE to fill out the form and process your return.
- Wheels must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA.
- Returns will be refused and returned freight collect if received without a proper RMA number visible on the outside of each package.
- No returns will be accepted on new merchandise after 60 days of original invoice date.
- We will not accept any COD shipments for returned merchandise. COD returned packages, or any bill recipient packages will be refused.
- Freight charges will be charged to the customer for any return to stock or refused items.
- All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for any non-defective products.
- We will not accept returns on any Closeouts or Special-Order products such as Raceline Billet, Raceline Forged or custom-colored wheels.
- The cost of the return shipping is to be prepaid by customer. Return shipping and any handling fees are non-refundable.
